- Crafted brand identities for entrepreneurs, startups, and local businesses, aligning visual design with business goals and market positioning.
- Led the entire branding process—from naming & moodboard to concept development and value proposition articulation.
- Designed brand and sub-brand systems, delivering complete brand books with visual guidelines, tone and application examples.

Polemix was a web3-based social network platform that allowed influential opinion leaders to share their views on various topics and connect with the general public, using the concept of "proof of support" to collect opinions and discuss solutions.
- Led product ideation & co-creation, collaborating with stakeholders and engineers to shape innovative solutions.
- Conducted user research through interviews, competitor analysis, and benchmarking to identify new opportunities.
- Product iteration with stakeholders through different deliverables: flowcharts, service blueprint, card sorting, wireframes, etc.

The Lucky ONE app, founded in Egypt in 2019, offers users access to credit products, discounts, and cashback rewards that can be used both online and in-store with thousands of brands. Rol: Product Designer responsible of mobile aplications at Lucky.
- Led UX/UI design for Lucky Customer App, the company’s main product.
- Directed the creation of the Lucky Business App spin-off, implementing a complete design thinking process: discovery, ideation, prototyping, and testing.
- Developed a cross-platform Design System to ensure consistency and established key branding elements for the company’s visual identity.
- Developed user-centered wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for seamless interaction.
